Do you think that Bible prophecy is quickly being fulfilled? There are many questioning whether Comet Elenin is the way that God will bring about the three days of darkness, as well as the earthquakes and other destructions prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Sure, there are nut jobs out there who get crazy about Bible Prophecy with every little thing that happens. However, with all of the destruction from weather-related-events, earthquakes, volcanoes, and anything else that I haven't mentioned, the next few months will be interesting to observe as Comet Elenin becomes part of the mix.
I know. I know. Comet Elenin is reported to have split in two and may on its way to disintegration. However, there are other reports that there is still an abundance of strength and keep in mind that there are asteroids that are crossing paths with Elenin and coming close to Earth and the Moon as well.
I'm not one that really believes in the Planet X or Niburu theories as much, however, for those of you who do, here is an interesting video to get you updated on that.
Here is the last update I'll give you for today on Comet Elenin. It's really difficult to get accurate information when you cannot trust your own government entities, media outlets, and other sources of information to be providing truthful and thorough information. Therefore, keeping aware of the variety of information that continues to ooze from the Internet about Comet Elenin and other near-Earth-objects, while keeping a level head about all of it is the best advice.

As far-fetched as this subject may seem, leaders in the elite global establishment have intimated the existence of this technology and its capabilities. In 1970 Zbigniew Brzezinski published a book titled Between Two Ages. Brzezinski is one of the founding directors of the Trilateral Commission. There is very good evidence that the one world group and the Soviets have been jointly involved in weather modification over the Northern Hemisphere since the early 1970s. In 1971 it was alleged that the U.S. and the Soviets started cooperating in secret weather modification projects. One such project was named POLEX, Polar Experiment of the Global Atmospheric Research Program, and another in 1973 was called AIDJEX, the Arctic Ice Dynamics Joint Experiment. It is purported that these experiments involved attempts to melt the polar ice cap. Other U.S. projects such as Nile Blue and Climate Dynamics involved the changing of the arctic ice pack. Soviet Woodpecker System
The Soviet weather modification project is referred to as the Woodpecker system. It involves the transmissions of extreme low frequency (ELF) waves at about 10 hertz using Tesla transmitters in Angarsk and Khabarovsk in Siberia, Gomel, Sakhalin Island, Nikolayev in the Ukraine, Riga in Latvia and also a site 60 miles south of Havana in Cuba. To give you an idea of the magnitude of this system, the facility near Havana, Cuba, is said to be maintained and operated by a staff of 2,500 Soviet personnel.
These transmitters generate electromagnetic transmissions that produce an ELF scalar grid over the United States. This is done by transmitting these low frequency scalar waves in pairs so that they converge at a predetermined point on the earth’s surface and cause a disruption of the atmosphere. GWENA system somewhat similar to the Soviet Woodpecker has been set up in the United States called the Ground Wave Emergency Network, or GWEN. This network was built under the guise, or possible dual use, of an emergency communication system that would not be interrupted by electromagnetic pulse during a nuclear war.
GWEN units are capable of altering the magnetic field within a 200- to 250-mile radius. The individual units themselves are made up of 300-foot tall towers which transmit radio waves through hundreds of bare copper wires which are each 300 feet in length. These wires are buried in the ground in a spoke pattern radiating out from the base of the tower. The wires interact with the earth like a thin-shelled conductor, radiating the radio wave energy for very long distances through the ground.
These units are located in Texas, Nevada, Maine, North Carolina, Maryland, Georgia, Oregon, Washington, California, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, New York, Alabama, Virginia, Kansas, Nebraska, New Jersey, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Colorado and Montana.
There is fairly significant evidence to suggest that these GWEN units in combination with the Soviet Woodpecker transmissions made a significant contribution to creating the extensive flooding in the Midwest in 1993.
It is interesting to note that the Russians are now openly marketing a small version of their weather engineering system called Elate, which can fine tune weather patterns over a 200-mile area. These units seem to have the same range as the individual GWEN unit. One of these Elate units operates at Moscow’s Bykovo Airport.
The threats of weather warfare, totalitarian government and famine dovetail together. As we saw in the famine which the Soviets artificially created in the Ukraine prior to World War II, famine is an effective means of subjugating a people. By controlling food, you can control people.
Weather modification can affect food production and eventually the available supply. Starving resisters out is much more effective than having to track them down and shoot it out with them. If you have not surrendered your weapons, you don’t get a food ration coupon. China's 'weather modification' works like magic
Beijing transformed by clear blue skies after massive cloud seeding operation
The Chinese air force claimed today that the biggest weather modification operation in the country's history cleared the skies over Tiananmen Square just in time for the National Day parade.
I write this post under gorgeously azure skies. Instead of the dull haze I have grown used to in Beijing over the past few years, the light is so sharp that it almost hurts my eyes.
The transformation is so dramatic it is eerie. When I flew into Beijing yesterday, the city was shrouded in what looked like a thick smog.
Weather forecasters said it would rain around midnight and, hey presto, the first drops of rain started to fall almost on the dot.
Even so, when I left the house at 4am this morning, it was still so gloomy that my taxi driver slowed the car because visibility was poor. "Wuran" (pollution), he explained.
But was it? By 5.30am, when I arrived at the media centre for the National Day parade, the skies had cleared sufficiently to be able to see a star. But there were still thick clusters of cloud and some mist. It might rain again, I thought.
We were bussed to the press gallery outside the Forbidden City by about 7.20am. A band of cumulus lingered over the Great Hall of the People. They had darkened when I called a friend an hour later.
Just before I rang off, I described the skies to him. "It might still rain on the parade, but I think the odds are now on their [the organisers'] side," I said.
Once the march started, I concentrated on that, but I recall being impressed by the unusual vividness of the sky on some of the images on the giant screens.
Other colleagues told me they found it remarkable that the clouds seemed almost to be held back from the square, even though there were still some around the edges.
By the time of the fly-past around 11am, the skies were clear until air force jets left behind lines of coloured smoke-trails. Now, six hours later, Beijing is still enjoying perfect conditions.
What happened? According to Chinese Meterology News, there were four attacks on a bank of clouds that approached Tiananmen from the south-west between 7.30am and 9.05am. In total 432 rockets were fired to achieve the desired result.
Xinhua news agency reports that the authorities also had the capacity to delay rainfall.
"Only a handful countries in the world could organise such large-scale magic-like weather modification," it quoted Cui Lianqing, a senior air force meteorologist as saying.
But cloud seeding is generally considered far too imprecise a technique to guarantee the results seen today, which begs several questions. If clearing the skies is this easy, why don't the authorities do it all the time? Is it the cost? Concern about over-use of chemicals? Or were the authorities just lucky today?
Weather Modification a Long-Established, Though Secretive, Reality

Human nature seems to dictate otherwise. The discovery of any new power is considered to confer a military advantage, and therefore its very existence is kept secret for as long as possible. While the general public is being told that all phenomena, including some highly anomalous ones inexplicable by natural forces, are "Mother Nature" at work, various military and even private agencies have been flexing their technological muscles and playing havoc with the weather.
Although the American military has actually published a detailed document "Owning the Weather by 2025", many people will simply say "I don't believe it" when confronted with this. Why? They may say because it has not been reported in the mass media, it must not be real. (Some others will say this is a prime indication that it is real, because most of what the mass media publishes is fantasy.) But normally any military power must be kept secret, and the major media outlets are well aware that they must not cross this line or they could be shut down. Freedom of the press is allowable only if "national security" policies are not breached.

But such theoretical reports have a tendency to be implemented behind the scenes, even while being denied in public. In his article The Ultimate Weapon of Mass Destruction: "Owning the Weather" for Military Use, professor and independent analyst Michel Chossudovsky cites other official documents to arrive at his conclusions that weaponized weather control is already in use. He also explores how public opinion is being misled. At the time this was written, the UN was avoiding dealing with the issue of deliberate human-caused climate change. (Ref.)

Evidence from the environment and from independent researchers and analysts suggest that this type of weather control is already being exercised as – in effect – a weapon of mass destruction. Public disclosure occurred at an April 1997 counter-terrorism conference. Secretary of Defense William Cohen stated:
"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations and it's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts." (Ref.)According to Lt.Col. (Ret'd) Tom Bearden, the Russians developed weather control several decades ago, and have been using it over North America since 1976. Using over-the-horizon (OTH) radar, the beams are transmitted in the 3-30 megaHertz band. His website explores the theory of scalar interferometry, and explains how such beams can be used to direct the weather patterns as well as to transmit disease patterns of interaction to cells of living beings, affecting bio-electrical functioning. (Ref.) No chemicals are necessary to cause disruption of living tissues, if this alarming theory is true.
Bearden also alleges that after the breakup of the Soviet Union, Russian scientists sold this technology to other hostile elements such as the Yakusa. And Russia continues to operate its “Woodpecker” system. In his view, it is these outside rogue weather controllers working hard to make our lives difficult by causing storms and droughts. However, some of these economically displaced Russian scientists are attempting to benefit humanity and agriculture. One group ended up in Mexico, where they have built an effective rainmaking system that has gained the blessing of that country. Mexico plans to have 19 more of these rainmaking stations installed in the dry north by 2006. (Ref.)
HAARP: Pure Research or Active Manipulation?
Ostensibly, HAARP — the High-Altitude Active Auroral Research Program – is a research station, gathering data about the atmosphere and “radio propagation conditions”, presumably for the benefit of scientists in general as well as for civilian and military communications. Their public website states that they are “monitoring and archiving the naturally occurring variations that take place in response to the sun's day-to-day and long term variability.” This phrase “in response to” implies that this is passive research. Continually-updated, colorful charts are available online (Ref.) for each type of instrument, ranging from magnetometer readings to spectrum monitors and total electron content.
However, there seems to be much more going on behind this public face. Weather-control patents have been issued for several decades. Patent No. 3564253 is summarized as: "A system and method for generalized irradiation of relatively large surface areas of a planet, such as the earth, the moon, etc. for illumination, heating, weather control, etc., employing one or more planet-orbiting self-erecting planar-reflector satellites controlled in attitude and orbit position to reflect energy from the sun to a desired area on the planet's surface." (Ref.) Although this patent called for a satellite, HAARP ground installations are capable of directing energy to any spot on the planet, as is the Russian system.
That “Woodpecker” system uses the 10 Hz frequency, which by coincidence or otherwise is the frequency at which the human brain operates when in “alpha” rhythm (made famous by the “Silva Method of Mind Control”). This mental state fosters active imagination, and if the user learns to work with guided imagery, he or she can achieve some interesting effects both in personal health and also in influencing others’ moods and behavior. Some believe that it’s also possible for human thoughts and empowered wishes to influence even the air, water and earth. Why not? If 10 Hz/alpha is the same frequency that HAARP and Russian weather-control systems are using, perhaps we humans need not think of ourselves as victims of any weather-weaponry systems. Maybe we should all try sending out our positive thoughts for equalization of rainfall, for the health of the planet and for the integrity of its vital envelope of ozone.
CNN interview on weather modification & tornadoes: the rest of the story
Just after the devastating Joplin tornado outbreak two weeks ago, I was asked and agreed to do an interview for CNN addressing the seemingly timeless question: Can we do anything to control these devastating demonstrations of Mother Nature’s fury, especially of course, when pitted against the people and infrastructure that dares to get in their way?
The interview was motivated by my recent post, Killing killer tornadoes before they strike: Is it possible? What I found most interesting from this experience was less from what was aired than what was not.

The floods have left a million people homeless (Reuters: Andrew Caballero-Reynolds)
Flooding in Sri Lanka has forced more than one million people out of their homes, the government said, as it began distributing emergency food, clothing and bedding.
At least 23 people have died during a week of monsoon floods, with the centre and east of the island worst hit by rising water levels and mudslides.
A spokesman for the disaster management centre in Colombo said the eastern district of Batticaloa, which saw bloody fighting in the civil war that ended in 2009, was badly affected after heavier than usual seasonal rains.
"Some 541,000 people have been displaced in Batticaloa district alone where we have set up 275 camps to accommodate them," the spokesman said, adding that a total of 1,081,000 people have been displaced.
More than 350,000 people have taken shelter in state-run relief camps while other displaced people have moved to higher ground, often staying with friends or relatives, he said.
Retired school principal K Ratnavel, 63, said half of the coastal village of Ailadivembu, about 60 kilometres south of the Batticaloa town, was under water.
"My house is under six feet of water and I moved into a government building with my wife and three children," he said.
"We only have the clothes we are wearing. Everything else is lost.
"There are about 15,000 people at the local council office where we are sheltering and most of them need clothing."
He said many homes devastated by the December 2004 tsunami were affected by floods.
Rising water and continued rain have swamped vast tracks of land and cut off villages.
President Mahinda Rajapakse said that it was "the duty of all to join hands and help [the victims] at this hour of need without any discrimination or petty considerations".
Bad weather forced Mr Rajapakse to abandon a helicopter tour of flood-affected areas on Wednesday.
Security forces have been assisting the relief operations and 3,000 soldiers have already been deployed in the east. Air force helicopters and navy boats were also helping out.
The United Nations and local and international aid agencies are assisting relief operations.
Seven trucks loaded with UNICEF supplies, including water tanks, tarpaulins, chlorine tablets, sleeping mats and cooking gear, have been sent to Ampara and Batticaloa districts.
Sri Lanka depends on monsoon rains for irrigation and power generation, but the seasonal downpours frequently cause death and damage to property in low-lying areas as well as mountainous regions.
