Extraterrestrial Child Mummy Found In Peru. What Do You Think?

Scientists aren't clear on the origin story for this ancient Peruvian skull (Photo courtesy of RPP)

Mysterious, triangle-shaped ‘alien skull’ found in Peru

Peruvian anthropologist Renato Davila Riquelme has discovered the remains of an unidentified creature with a "triangle shaped" skull nearly as large as its 20-inch-tall body.

Has the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull --the setting for the underwhelming 2008 Indiana Jones vehicle--finally been discovered? Well, don't be expecting a victory lap from Steven Spielberg or George Lucas anytime soon.

The remains are most likely those of a child, though one with an unusually shaped head and frame. But that hasn't stopped local site RPP from interviewing several anonymous Spanish and Russian "scientists" claiming that the remains are actually those of an alien:
It has a non-human appearance because the head is triangular and big, almost the same size as the body. At first we believed it to be a child's body until Spanish and Russian doctors came and confirmed that, yes, it's an extraterrestrial being.
Of course, five anonymous scientific authorities citing proof of extraterrestrial life would probably be generating a little more attention if their research had passed some basic scrutiny.READ MORE HERE

The National Security Agency (NSA) declassified reports describing its attempts to decipher what it describes as a “radio message” received from outer space.

A document on “Extraterrestrial Communications” by Dr. Howard H. Campaigne describes NSA efforts to interpret and mathematically decode the message. It states, “Recently a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous but was cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again.”

The report includes the NSA transcription of the message, using letters of the alphabet as designated place holders for the different variations in the message. “Each message except the first is given here only once,” it states. “The serial number of the message has been supplied for each reference.”

A related document details NSA efforts to decipher the meaning of the extraterrestrial communications, stating "At every step of the solution we make a guess at the meaning."

Both reports are included in a a recently declassified NSA collection of more than 50,000 pages of documents detailing cryptology, early computer development, intelligence documents, and numerous other topics in archives ranging from before World War 1 to the 1960s on June 8th.

Among them are several dozen documents on UFOs, “located in response to the numerous requests received by NSA on the subject of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO).” The NSA websites states the documents are related to the 1980 civil litigation, “Citizens Against Unidentified Flying Objects Secrecy v. National Security Agency.”

Other documents include old press articles covering UFO sightings, reports, or fantastical stories of imminent alien invasion that were examined and kept in possession of the NSA. Many sightings describe the UFOs as “probably a balloon,” but are heavily censored with large blacked out segments.

They include sightings by Communications Intelligence and COMNAVSECGRU, Naval Security Group Command, as well as UFO sighting reports by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Department of State, and the Navy.
Among them is an Air Force research report regarding the “Roswell Incident,” a Defense Documentation Center bibliography of UFO reports, and other documents on UFO-related research.

The National Security Agency Releases Over 50,000 Pages of Declassified Documents

The National Security Agency (NSA) announces today that it has declassified and released to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) over 50,000 pages of historic records. These records cover a time-frame from before World War I through the 1960s.
This release of documents is the first in a series of releases planned over the next two years as part of NSA/CSS’s commitment to meeting the requirements outlined in the President’s 21 January 2009 Memorandum on Openness and Transparency in Government (Executive Order 13526).
Highlights of this release include:
  • Manuals, charts, and other documents on the development of early computer systems at NSA/CSS, including the HARVEST. This innovative system was developed with IBM and was in use from 1962 to 1976;
  • Early publications on cryptography, including Cryptology: Instruction Book on the Art of Secret Writing from 1809;
  • Documents from World War II, including previously unreleased German documents from the Target Intelligence Committee (TICOM).
The released documents will be maintained by NARA and available for review at the National Archives at College Park, 8601 Adelphi Road, College Park, Maryland. A list of the documents is available on NSA’s Declassification and Transparency Webpage.
Since the records were physically transferred to NARA, NSA is no longer the custodian and does not maintain copies of the records for release under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Information about conducting research at NARA is available on the National Archives Website.

Two UFOs 'size of a car' low over Cheviot, Ohio

  • May 10th, 2011 11:33 am ET
The witness first noticed "piercing white and red lights shining brightly through the small windows at the top" of the front door. Looking out the door window, the witness "saw white and red lights all in a row and on a slant passing above the house." She then ran through the home and looked out a back window.

The mysterious object can be seen in the top left corner of the main picture in the sky above Melrose. And, below, a blown up version of the image.
IS IT a bird, is it a plane - or is it in fact a UFO over the skies of Melrose?
An eagle eyed photographer, who we agreed not to name, spotted the strange shape high above the Waverly Hotel on Monday afternoon about 3pm.
And despite contacting both the Met Office and the Ministry of Defence (MOD), neither could confirm any military exercises or weather balloons operating in the area.
Describing the strange phenomenon, the camerman said: "At first the photo doesn't really look like much, but what makes it curious, is when I zoomed in on it, it seems to be moving pretty fast at around 45 degrees towards the sky - as you can see by the close up it appears to have a tail showing the direction.
"The first thing I thought of was lens flare, but I was at the side of a large building in the shade, with the sun out of sight at the front of the building. There was certainly no flare in the lens. I thought perhaps it was a weather balloon or maybe even some sort of military exercise going on in the area."
But when the Border Telegraph contacted the Met Office, a spokesperson said: "We can't confirm if it was a weather balloon the man saw, as we don't have any record of there being a balloon in the area at that time.
"Also the nearest weather station that releases balloons is near Newcastle, so it seems unlikely. We can't rule out the possibility it was a balloon, but from the description given and the place it was seen I think it's unlikely."
And a spokesperson for the MOD declined to comment on the sighting.

UFO Sightings on the Rise in Finland

published today 11:14 AM
Light phenomenon.
  • Light phenomenon.
  • A light phenomenon.
  • Light phenomenon.
UFO sightings are becoming more frequent in Finland. UFO enthusiasts catch glimpses of hundreds of unidentified objects annually, but most of them turn out to have a logical explanation. Ufologists doubt that the armed forces are concealing information about their own sightings.
A typical UFO sighting involves noticing a bright light moving strangely across the sky in the dark. Hardly anything else can be said to describe the phenomenon, says Lasse Ahonen from the UFO-Finland organisation.
Ufology has been Ahonen’s hobby for the last 46 years. A mere photo is not enough proof for him.
“We always need basic information about the pictures. The internet is full of mere images.”

Professor to discuss ET encounters

The Mutual UFO Network — MUFON — will hear a university professor this week as he discusses extraterrestrial encounters.
Dr. Leo Sprinkle, a professor at the University of Wyoming, will be in Greeley Thursday night to discuss “The Significance of ET Encounters.” The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 929 18th St. The public is invited, and there will be a $5 charge at the door.

UFO Sightings In Asia On The Rise

Submitted by Javier Ortega on May 6, 2011 – 9:38 AM6 Comments| 1,158 views
According to many UFO experts, the rise of UFO reports and alien encounters is on the rise in certain spots in Asia. Ever since the economic world crisis, the shifting of power to Asian countries has brought some of them to the media’s attention. Some say not just the media, but extraterrestrials are beginning to take notice in the upsurge.
What does this mean? Probably that most of us will be introduced to the stories from ‘UFO nuts’ from across the world.
I don’t mean to sound rude, that wasn’t the point. I guess I’m just trying to say that no matter where in the world you are, you will always hear stories from those who desperately seek attention. Of course, this is only the small percentage. There are those who actually do report –and sometimes record– UFO activities from around the world. These are the ones who don’t have anything to gain. But why Asia? Why now?
According to the Wall Street Journal report, Asia is now attracting more of the world’s investments as well as possible UFO interest.

KAO KALA, Thailand—Everybody from fund managers to jet-setting diplomats is talking about the world’s center of gravity shifting to Asia. Now, extraterrestrials appear to be taking notice, too.
Trackers in Colorado at the Mutual UFO Network, one of the oldest unidentified-flying-object research organizations in this world, say that since the slump of the Western banking system in 2008, UFO sightings among Asia’s fast-growing economies have accelerated. Suspicious UFOs have shut down airports in China, buzzed resorts in Borneo and lit up the night sky in Myanmar.
All of that is dealing a fresh blow to the prestige of the U.S., which, as the DreamWorks animated movie “Monsters vs. Aliens” observed, “is the only country aliens ever seem to visit.”
“It’s not surprising, really,” says Debhanom Muangman, a 75-year-old Harvard-educated physician and one of Thailand’s leading UFO investigators. “Aliens have been coming to Asia for decades, but now they sense a change. This is where the progressive countries are, so they are coming here much more often now.”
[AHED-UFO]
Extraterrestrials first hit the public imagination in a big way in Thailand in 2006, when villagers in the rural northeast found discarded fever-cooling gel packs and mistook them for visitors from outer space. One woman told local newspapers she cooked a gel pack and served it to her children in the hope that it would make them more intelligent.
In Nakhon Sawan province, 160 miles north of Bangkok, scores of UFO enthusiasts now regularly camp out on a hill known as Kao Kala, which they regard as a kind of Stargate to another dimension. It’s a diverse group, including medical students, interior decorators and a soap-opera actor who goes by the name Pete.
On a recent evening, devotees wearing necklaces depicting alien portraits trooped to the top of the hill to harness extraterrestrial energy to treat illnesses by laying on hands, or to meditate before a statue of Buddha. Periodically, people jumped up with video cameras when planes or other, less obvious, light sources appeared before settling in for a night of chanting.
“The aliens have been coming here to Kao Kala for at least 10 years,” said Dusadee Prasomsuk, 39 years old. “When we meditate we can understand what they’re trying to tell us—we feel it through our bodies and we understand.”
Regardless of whether aliens exist, the slew of sightings is providing yet another measurement of how the world is changing as Asia becomes wealthier and more successful.
Seth Shostak, senior astronomer at the SETI Institute in California, uses radio telescopes and other advanced equipment to scour the universe for signs of intelligent life. He reckons the growth of Asia’s economies is one of the primary factors contributing to more and more UFO sightings.
“I ascribe this simply to two things,” Mr. Shostak says. “The greater reach of TV, which means that more people have seen television specials dealing with UFOs, and the widespread availability of the Internet, which allows people who would formerly describe strange sightings to their neighbors to now send me an email.”
Dr. Debhanom in Thailand, for instance, says he saw his first UFO in New Hampshire when he was training to become a doctor in the 1950s. When Dr. Debhanom returned to Thailand he heard about many more sightings as the country went through its economic boom of the 1980s and 1990s and media networks expanded to include cable TV and, more recently, the Internet.
Still, these aren’t American-style alien encounters. The aliens that Thai researchers say they have encountered bear little resemblance to the typical creatures depicted in Hollywood films, which have included resource-grabbing monsters or eerily calm, environmentally friendly creatures.
The aliens that allegedly visit Southeast Asia tend to have a rather different view of the universe, following Buddhist precepts such as reincarnation and greeting one another by cupping their hands together in the shape of a lotus flower.
After years of trying, Dr. Debhanom says he finally made contact with bona fide aliens one morning at 2 a.m. in 1996. Surprisingly, he recalls, they called him on the phone, using an ordinary land line.
“They said they were from Mars and spoke a strange version of Thai. They also said not to worry about the phone bill,” Dr. Debhanom recalls.
